Services Currently Offered

Mainline Traffic Control Services offers the following services:

• Flaggers: All our Flagger are Oregon and Washington certified.

• Equipment: Our Flagging Trucks come prepared to support any flagging situation that a two-man flagging crew can handle. We also maintain strong connections with rental companies in the area to ensure we can provide any additional equipment needs.

• Traffic Control Supervisors (TCS): Our TCS personnel supervise tasks related to vehicular, pedestrian and construction traffic control operations related to road, bridge, and highway heavy construction projects. Responsible for implementing and overseeing traffic control operations, lane closures, road closures, setting signs and devices, in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations. Will work near traffic and interact regularly with the public. Supervise Flaggers and ensure company standards are being complied with. Complete daily logs (vehicle, time, project, etc.) timely and accurately.

• Traffic Control Plans (TCP): Our TCS staff has experience creating TCPs for jobs ranging from single utility crews to construction zones. All TCPs go through a very extensive 3-Step process to ensure they are accepted on the first submittal.
  • Step 1 – Eyes on the Site: Our TCS will conduct a site visit to assess the needs of the area to help create the correct TCP the first time.
  • Step 2 – Creating the Plans: Our TCS will take the info collected during their site visit and, in combination with local maps and GIS data, create the project TCP.
  • Step 3 – Peer Review: All our TCPs are Peer Reviewed by a second certified TCS on our team to ensure they have been fully complete and are free of errors.
